St. Matthew’s is a people called into community by Christ in the Eucharistic liturgy. United in our Catholic faith, we seek to love one another as Christ has loved us (Jn13:34), through service, teaching, witness and sacrifice.

St. Matthew's is bringing Mass to you with our Neighborhood Initiative!

These past months of pandemic and isolation have taught us that community and prayer matter, and we want to share these gifts with the world. We also want to reconnect with members of our Parish family who haven't been able to attend a Sunday mass this summer. So we're bringing mass to a neighborhood near you! Throughout September, we'll be hosting daily masses on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in local parks for parishioners in their own neighborhoods. Watch our weekly schedule for details, and contact the Parish office if you'd like to get your neighborhood involved!
The scheduled Neighborhood Masses will be celebrated at 5:30 p.m. at:

  • Tueday, October 13th—Lasting Legacy Park
  • Thursday, October 22th—Sage Valley Park

Please mark your calendars for another activity Thursday, October 15th.  We will be at Edwards Shelter in Dalbey Park (Fishing Lake) at 6:15 p.m. with an outdoor LED candle Rosary.  As the sun goes down, our rosary will light up the shelter.  When we are done, we will leave in silence.  Bring a folding chair if you want and please send your prayer intentions to Kathy Holland even if you can't make it.  Don't hesitate to contact Kathy Holland at [email protected] or call at 307-670-3124 if you have any questions.
